Services Overview

Elizabethton Fencing Expert provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Elizabethton, TN and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Elizabethton Fencing Expert are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on site visits and measurements taken at the time of consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions change, additional work is required, or if the customer requests modifications to the original plan. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided in your contract. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, permit issues, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to minimize disruptions. Timeline estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Permits and Regulations

When required, Elizabethton Fencing Expert will obtain necessary permits for your fence installation. Permit costs are typically included in your project quote unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to verify property lines, easements, and homeowner association requirements before installation begins. We recommend having a survey completed if there is any uncertainty about property boundaries.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Labor warranties vary by project and will be specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are passed through to you. We will assist with any warranty claims as needed. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, or modifications made by others.

Property Access

By contracting with us, you grant Elizabethton Fencing Expert and our crew access to your property for the duration of the project. We will make every effort to protect your landscaping, driveway, and existing structures. However, some minimal disturbance is unavoidable during fence installation. We are not responsible for underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried items not marked by utility location services.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to make changes to your project after the contract is signed, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes may result in additional costs or delays. If you need to cancel your project, please provide written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on materials already ordered and work already completed.

Liability

Elizabethton Fencing Expert carries liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility location services. We are not responsible for fence damage caused by severe weather, accidents, or actions by third parties after installation is complete.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If a dispute arises, we encourage direct communication to find a resolution. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and resolved in Carter County.
